Lessons
I will be offering in person lessons in my private studio in New Jersey and in midtown Manhattan beginning winter 2024/25. Enrolling now.
Lessons are available for students ages 11-Adult in Voice (Classical, Musical Theatre, CCM), Piano, and/or Acting.
Any other teaching or guest teaching (audition coaching, masterclasses, professional singing actor studio, et. al) should be booked through my professional studio.
Teaching Highlights
- Over a decade of teaching and leading undergraduate B.F.A. musical theatre programs around the country. Some include; West Virginia University, Western Michigan University, and Emory & Henry College in association with Barter Theatre.
- Five years as Director of Theatre at Wyoming Seminary’s Summer at Sem (formally PAI), a rigorous pre-college theatre program in Northeastern, Pennsylvania.
- Almost two decades as a professional equity actor and musician in NYC and Philadelphia with credits Off-Broadway, Regionally (world premieres and regional premieres), and on tour.
- Twenty years of teaching students and professionals of all ages around the country in classrooms, studios, and rehearsal halls. My students have found success on Broadway, in recording studios, in Film, and on Television.
- Additionally, I’ve worked closely with students across genres for acceptance into the country’s most competitive music and theatre programs (both undergraduate and graduate). Some include; NYU Tisch, Oklahoma City University, Penn State, Temple University, Pace University, Columbia College Chicago, UArts, and Virginia Commonwealth University.
